A. It really is for people who love what they are doing. We're a family..it's a great place to hang out and do work that matters.
Q. How would you describe our work environment here?
A. We have an open plan here which allows for a dynamic environment where we can quickly tap team members for discussions or advice. Our consulting work let's us work on a variety of technology in a predictable environment.
Q. How do you feel about working in our blended model?
A. Our engineers in India are very senior and would be Spiders whether they would be located here or there. They're just like us.. very passionate about what they do.
Q. How would you describe the SpiderLogic management style?
A. I've worked for large and small companies. Here we have easy access to management and participate in the decision making process.
