- Java/.NET Technical Architect
7+ years of experience. Competencies in designing and delivering enterprise applications. Expertise in application frameworks, object modeling and using design patterns. Ability to foster developers by providing technical direction and mentoring. A drive to be hands-on.
- Java/.NET Senior Developers
4+ years of experience in software development. Should be knowledgeable of practices like refactoring and unit-testing, Sound understanding of OO design, XML and Java/C#. Exposure to Ant/NAnt, JUnit/NUnit, O-R mapping tools or .NET Compact Framework will be a bonus.
